What’s your fun or interesting fact?
It’s all a bit subjective.
In the lead up to appearing on a panel at a conference, you always expect to be asked for the usual things. A short bio and a photo for the website and other marketing. A call to share what should or shouldn’t be discussed. Any other needs you might have, and a final check to make sure you’re not going to pull out at the last moment.
When I am the host, I usually mooch around online, looking for something I find interesting or juicy, to use during the panel or the introduction to the keynote speaker. This time however, I was asked to send my own.
In reality, I then spent too much time thinking about what to send, as well as messaging a friend who will also be on the same panel, to see what she was going to send.
The problem with something fun or interesting, is that it depends on the audience. So let me try out some potential facts on you, highlight which one is actually interesting or fun.
I’ve herded goats in 3 countries
I bloody love a good funny goat video! No really, the joy they bring me with their fantastic personalities, their leaping around, their stubbornness and those noises they make.
