The Mediterranean Diet — Drink

Living the Mediterranean diet is most definitely thirsty work. You’re up first thing in the morning with the sun, either preparing for the day ahead or already tending to something outside, so you’ll need to quench your thirst after that.

Then there’s lunch, a good serving of course, and therefore it needs one, two or maybe three different types of drink to help that down. It’s all seasonal and situational too, so you better have a fridge and a cupboard full of potential poisons (slang for a drink, don’t worry).

Don’t forget the friends and family though, if they’re not round for lunch you’ll definitely catch up with them later over a beverage of sorts. The deciding factors are far and plenty, but the Mediterranean drinking Matrix can be left for another time.
