Don’t let the titles get to you
It was my birthday in August, and in the build up to it, as normal for me, I was reflecting on the year before.
If you’ve read through some of my posts this year, you might have got a sense of a year with a few sad happenings, but with optimism and hope scattered around too.
The main thing for me though was to think about what I could change and what I wanted to change, to make next year better.
I was discussing this with a friend, who then mentioned the seven year cycles, and we started reflecting a little bit on what they mean for different people, and what they mean for us.
I returned home, and whilst sat there sweating and melting in this midsummer heat, I thought I’d see what else was written on the matter.
